the location was perfect – right in the heart of Florence, with all the attractions within walking distance. the apartment was clean and well, maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Communication with our host was also smooth and hassle, free.
We had a comfortable one, night stay here, although it might be a bit small for a longer stay with four people. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

Renovated and tidy rooms, friendly owner, complimentary bottle of wine and snacks, good location near train station.

We had an unforgettable stay at this prime location in Firenze! Dream exceeded our expectations with its proximity to the train station and easy access to the city's attractions. the best part was the amazing host, Mr Mauro, who provided us with great local restaurant recommendations. the room itself was soundproofed and comfortable, and the newly renovated flat had everything we needed, including efficient air conditioning. Monica, the host, was friendly and always available to assist. We would definitely stay here again!
Almost perfect! Only downside: third floor with no elevator.
